**Job Description**
+ **Strategy Development:** Create and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with overall marketing goals.
+ **Content Creation:** Develop, curate, and schedule engaging text, image, and video content (reels, graphics) for various platforms.
+ **Community Management:** Monitor social channels, respond to inquiries, and foster engagement with the community.
+ **Analytics & Reporting:** Track key performance metrics (ROI, traffic, engagement), analyze data, and generate monthly reports for senior management.
+ **Campaign Management:** Manage paid social media advertising campaigns.
+ **Collaboration:** Coordinate with marketing, sales, and design teams to ensure brand consistency.
+ **Trend Monitoring:** Stay current with social media trends, tools, and best practices.
**Qualifications**
+ **Experience:** At least 1 year of work experience in social media or digital marketing.
+ **Platforms:** Deep understanding of major platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X, YouTube).
+ **Skills:** Strong copywriting, editing (photo/video), and communication skills.
+ **Analytics:** Proficiency in social analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite).
+ **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
+ **Tools:** Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and CMS platforms.
+ Must be Bilingual in Chinese and English
**Additional Information**

**Pay Details:** $52,000.00 to $62,400.00 per year
