Our client, a managed care and enrollment services organization, is seeking a Bilingual Remote CSR Mandarin Russian Korean to join their team. As a Bilingual Remote CSR Mandarin Russian Korean, you will be part of the Call Center Operations team supporting enrollment services and managed care education. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service instincts, the ability to learn and apply new program tools quickly, and the confidence to communicate clearly while handling a steady call volume.

**Pay Range:** $18/hr
**Shift:** Monday to Friday, 8am to 8pm EST and Saturday 10am to 6pm EST
