We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Bilingual Mandarin Office Manager to oversee daily office operations and support a productive workplace environment. The ideal candidate must be fluent in Mandarin and English and have strong administrative, communication, and multitasking skills.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative functions
+ Serve as a point of contact for internal staff, vendors, and visitors
