Evolve Chiropractic and is seeking a talented Physiotherapist join our dynamic integrated multidisciplinary wellness team.
This is an exciting Opportunity for a talented Physiotherapist to join our multidisciplinary team providing premium, whole-health care. Evolve focuses on a team-oriented approach in patient care to achieve optimal results; we are looking for a well-rounded Physiotherapist that embodies this philosophy. Our multidisciplinary team consists of Chiropractic care, Physiotherapy, Massage Therapy, Naturopathic Care, Traditional Chinese Medicine, Acupuncture, Manual Osteopathic therapy, and RTT Hynotherapy.
JOB DESCRIPTION: Assess and treat patients with physical difficulties resulting from illness, injury, disability or ageing. Treating people of all ages and people with sports injuries. Maintain proper and up to date clinical records of treatments and interventions.
Hours: Monday through Saturday, negotiable hours of work.
PATIENT PROFILE:
Musculoskeletal injuries, Sport injuries, WAD e.g. motor vehicle accident, chronic pain management
EDUCATION:
Baccalaureate or Master’s degree from an accredited university. Registration with Physiotherapy Alberta College and Association is essential.
IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Ideal candidate would have the following skill set:
* level 2 manual therapy skills
* Dry needling skills (ie: acupuncture and/or IMS)
* A minimum of 2 years’ experience treating an orthopedic/sports caseload
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment
* Customer service oriented
* Exceptional time management skills
* Ability to produce high quality work in accordance with clinic standards
* Project a positive image at all times
