Seyfarth Shaw LLP, an international law firm with approximately 1000 attorneys, has an exciting opportunity for a highly qualified International Corporate and Commercial Associate with 4-6 years of transactional experience for a position in its Hong Kong office. You'll be a member of our consistently ranked and internationally recognized Corporate practice group. 

As an associate in the Corporate Department, you’ll have the opportunity to work on interesting, challenging, and groundbreaking cases in collaboration with senior attorneys.  You have: 

• 4 to 6 years of relevant post-qualification experience in corporate finance, such as IPO, SFC takeovers code, and listing rules compliance.

• General M&A and commercial experience.

• Some exposure to family law / trust law (preferred but not essential).

• Excellent academic credentials, analytical skills and written and spoken English and Chinese (Putonghua and Cantonese).

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
