Job Description
*Mission*
· Monitor shelves of existing supermarket customers to ensure they are fully stocked.
· Ensure a positive company image and appropriate behavior in dealing with customers and co-workers.
· Comply with established company policies and procedures.
*Job Responsibilities*
· Daily visits to existing supermarket customers to take orders to ensure shelves are always fully stocked.
· Continuously monitor to ensure current shelf space size and location is maintained or upgraded.
· Introduce and market new items to existing supermarket customers.
· Operate company vehicles safely and efficiently, complying with all governmental and company procedures.
· Perform vehicle inspection such as checking fluid level and tire pressure. Notify supervisor about any repairs and maintenance.
· Respond to communication from headquarter or supervisor regarding any route changes or updates.
· Monitor any changing sales trends or market conditions to supervisor.
· Report any sales or product quality issues to supervisor.
· Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
*Job Requirements and Qualifications*
· Two (2) plus years of sales experience.
· Valid driver license with clean driving record.
· Must be able to demonstrate area knowledge.
· Must be able to work overtime.
· Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Vietnamese and one of these (Cantonese OR Mandarin OR Teochew) are required.
· Bend and lift loads from 10 lbs. to 30 lbs.
· Available for flexible scheduling to meet the needs of the department.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
