Third-Party Reproduction Program Director – Fertility (Mandarin Bilingual)

*Position Overview:*

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated *Third-Party Reproduction Program Director* to lead the development, management, and growth of our hospital’s third-party reproduction program. This role will oversee program operations, case coordination, external partnerships, and team development, working closely with physicians, clinical staff, patients, and industry partners to ensure a high-quality, efficient, and compliant patient experience.

*Key Responsibilities:*

· Lead the development, implementation, and day-to-day operations of the hospital’s third-party reproduction program, including egg donation, sperm donation, embryo donation, and gestational carrier programs.

· Build and maintain relationships with donor agencies, egg/sperm/embryo banks, gestational carrier agencies, attorneys, mental health professionals, and other industry partners.

· Coordinate cases across physicians, nursing staff, embryology, patients, and external partners, ensuring smooth progression throughout the treatment process.

· Build and manage the third-party reproduction team, establish performance standards, and support the continued growth and expansion of the program.

*Qualifications:*

· Bachelor’s degree or above in healthcare, nursing, reproductive medicine, life sciences, healthcare administration, or a related field preferred.

· *5+ years of professional experience in fertility, reproductive medicine, assisted reproduction, or a related healthcare field.*

· Strong understanding of fertility clinic workflows and relevant U.S. medical, legal, and regulatory considerations.

· Proven experience in program management, case coordination, partnership development, and/or team leadership.

· Experience building or launching a third-party reproduction program or developing industry partnerships from the ground up is highly preferred.

· Excellent communication, organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

· *Fluency in both English and Chinese is required.*

我们诚聘一名经验丰富的*第三方辅助生殖项目总监*，全面负责医院第三方辅助生殖项目的搭建、管理及发展。该职位将负责项目运营、案例管理、外部合作及团队建设，并与医生、临床团队、患者及行业合作伙伴密切协作，确保项目高效、规范运行并为患者提供高质量的服务体验。

*岗位职责:*

· 负责医院第三方辅助生殖项目的整体规划、搭建及日常运营，包括供卵、供精、胚胎捐赠及孕育载体等相关项目。

· 拓展并维护与供卵/供精/胚胎库、孕育载体机构、律师事务所、心理咨询机构及其他行业合作伙伴的长期合作关系。

· 统筹医生、护理团队、胚胎实验室、患者及外部合作机构之间的沟通与协调，推进第三方生殖案例顺利完成。

· 负责第三方辅助生殖团队的搭建与管理，制定工作标准，并推动项目持续发展。

任职要求

· 本科及以上学历，医学、护理、生殖医学、生命科学、医疗管理等相关专业优先。

· *5年以上生殖医疗、辅助生殖、Fertility Clinic或相关行业工作经验。*

· 熟悉美国辅助生殖行业的医疗流程及相关法律、合规要求。

· 具备较强的项目管理、案例协调、合作伙伴拓展及团队管理能力。

· 有从0到1搭建第三方辅助生殖项目或建立行业合作网络经验者优先。

· 具备优秀的沟通、组织协调、领导及问题解决能力。

· *必须具备流利的中英文沟通能力。*

Pay: $96,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
