This position requires caregivers who can effectively communicate in Mandarin and English while providing respectful and attentive care to elderly or disabled clients in their homes. Responsibilities * Provide personal care and companionship to seniors or disabled clients in their homes. * Assist with daily living activities including grooming, meal preparation, medication reminders, and mobility support. * Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients. * Communicate effectively with clients and family members to ensure quality care. * Document care provided and report any significant changes in the client’s condition. Requirements * At least 6 months of prior caregiving experience (professional or agency-based). * Active HCA (Home Care Aide) registration in California. * Proof of a recent negative TB test. * Able to safely lift and move up to 60 lbs. * Comfortable communicating in English (reading, writing, speaking). * Can speak fluent Mandarin * Driver’s license and valid car insurance preferred * Do I enjoy working with senior citizens? * Can I provide compassionate elderly care with a positive attitude? * Am I punctual and dependable? YOUR LIFE AS A CAREGIVER This companionship and care giving position: * Flexible hours * Opportunities to assist seniors on both day and night shifts. * Clients may receive as little as 4 hours to 24-hour care.
