Job Description
*Licensed Acupuncturist | Virginia Beach*
As our practice continues to grow, we're looking to add a Licensed Acupuncturist to our team.
We believe exceptional care starts with exceptional practitioners. Our goal is to create an environment where you can focus on your patients while we take care of everything else. From marketing and scheduling to linens and room turnover, we've built the systems so you can spend your time doing what you do best.

What we provide

* Cleaning, room turnover, and day-to-day operational support

What you'll do
* Develop personalized treatment plans based on each client's needs
* Provide safe, effective acupuncture treatments
* Educate clients on their care plan and wellness goals
* Maintain accurate treatment notes and documentation
* Work alongside massage therapists, estheticians, craniosacral therapists, and other wellness providers to create an exceptional client experience
* Maintain a clean, organized treatment space and uphold professional standards
We're looking for someone who
* Holds an active Virginia Acupuncturist license
* Has a strong understanding of Traditional Chinese Medicine and anatomy
* Is confident practicing independently while enjoying being part of a collaborative team
* Communicates well and builds genuine relationships with clients
* Is dependable, organized, and takes pride in providing outstanding care
* Has experience with modalities such as cupping, gua sha, moxibustion, and trigger point therapy (preferred)
* Has experience treating clients for physical pain, addiction, fertility, hormone balancing, anxiety, depression, and overall wellness.
Experience in an integrative wellness setting is a plus, but what matters most is finding someone who aligns with our values and is passionate about helping people feel their best.
Compensation & Benefits
This is a commission-based position with the flexibility to build a schedule that works for you. You'll only work when you're booked, and you'll receive 100% of your client tips.
