FlexStaff is looking for a dynamic, bilingual RN Instructor to join our client's team and lead the way in training the next generation of Home Health Aides! Responsibilities: + Collaborate with department managers and HR to coordinate engaging in-service and HHA training programs + Develop, coordinate, and deliver top-quality HHA certification courses in line with DOH and JCAHO standards + Monitor and report on staff training progress, ensuring continuous development + Design innovative training programs or partner with external providers to meet organizational needs + Organize logistics, venues, and materials to ensure seamless training sessions + Stay current with industry best practices and incorporate them into your training strategies + Lead by example-conduct training sessions personally when needed + Manage training equipment and materials, ensuring all activities meet safety and legal standards + Support staff development through ongoing coaching and review of care plans + Travel to various sites, including LHCSA facilities, to deliver training and support staff growth Qualifications: + Registered Nurse (RN) with at least 2-3 years of home care experience, preferably in LHCSA settings + Bilingual in Mandarin and Cantonese-exceptional communication skills in both languages + Passion for teaching, mentoring, and developing others + Strong organizational skills to coordinate training logistics and activities + Ability to adapt and travel as needed to different sites + Commitment to quality, safety, and compliance in all training activities Bottom of Form *Additional Salary Detail The salary range and/or hourly rate listed is a good faith determination of potential base compensation that may be offered to a successful applicant for this position at the time of this job advertisement and may be modified in the future.
