Bilingual Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

MENTOR Adult Day Health, a member of the Sevita family, provides day programs for elders with complex medical or rehabilitative needs. This allows seniors to obtain quality healthcare while remaining active and involved in the community and continuing to live in their own homes. Our programs are staffed with qualified, experienced licensed nurses and caregivers who are trained to provide individual assistance to each person we serve.

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Location: Rainbow of Montgomery County
Schedule: Tuesday – Saturday | 8AM – 2PM | Full Time
Bilingual: Cantonese, Mandarin, or Korean (preferred, not required)
Wage: $18 hour + Benefits Package

Rainbow of Montgomery County Adult Day Health Center is excited to welcome a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to our Adult Day Health team in Gaithersburg. We are seeking a reliable team player who is passionate about providing quality care and enhancing the lives of our participants.

What You'll Do

• Assist participants with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
• Support participants with mobility, transfers, and ambulation.
• Measure and record vital signs, including temperature, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure.
• Assist with meal service, feeding, and hydration as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for participants.
• Document care provided accurately and timely.
• Support recreational and therapeutic activities as directed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by your supervisor.

Education & Qualifications

• Current Maryland CNA certification required.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Dependable, compassionate, and patient-centered approach to care.
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and professionalism.
