Job Description
**Job Purpose**
ICE Fixed Income & Data Services is seeking a high-performing, results-driven sales “hunter” to accelerate revenue growth across Greater China region. This role focuses on originating new business, expanding existing client relationships, and driving cross-sell opportunities across ICE businesses.
The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, commercially astute sales professional with a strong track record in financial services. You will play a critical role in positioning ICE as a market leader by connecting clients with innovative, data-driven solutions through collaboration with internal product, relationship, and global sales teams.
**Responsibilities**
+ Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities across financial institutions, asset managers, and other market participants
+ Execute a targeted sales strategy to build and manage a robust pipeline and exceed revenue targets
+ Drive cross-selling and upselling across ICE Fixed Income & Data Services’ full product suite
+ Lead complex commercial negotiations and contract closures
+ Build and maintain senior-level (C-suite) client relationships
+ Conduct client meetings, presentations, and solution demonstrations
+ Understand client workflows and tailor value-driven proposals and RFP/RFI responses
+ Represent ICE at industry events, forums, and working groups
**Knowledge and Experience**
+ Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in quota-bearing roles within financial services
+ Strong experience in complex solution selling and negotiations
+ Solid understanding of Fixed Income, Derivatives, Data Solutions, or Financial Markets
+ Established network within financial institutions (buy-side, sell-side, or market infrastructure)
+ Excellent pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM discipline
+ Strong presentation, communication, and influencing skills
+ Ability to operate independently while collaborating globally
+ Proficiency in English and Mandarin and/or Cantonese is essential to communicate with stakeholders in Mandarin or Cantonese and English
