HVAC Service Technician- $3000 Sign-On Bonus

Position Overview:
As a Commercial HVAC Service Technician, you will:
Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain medium-to-large HVAC systems and controls
Diagnose breakdowns, test parts, and perform necessary repairs
Work on rooftop units, heat pumps, DX systems, and electrical controls
Qualifications & Requirements
Virginia Journeyman or Master HVAC License
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Ability to lift 75 lbs and work at heights
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to pass a background check and drug test
Reliable transportation
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (flexible hours, overtime, and weekends as needed)
