Job Overview** We are seeking a dynamic and driven Program Manager to support new vehicle launches within the Mopar After Sales organization. In this role, you will serve as a key liaison between engineering and cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless readiness for vehicle program launches. This position plays a critical role in aligning requirements, coordinating deliverables, and driving execution across multiple stakeholders. What’s the Job?** + Act as the Mopar liaison to Vehicle Engineering teams, identifying and communicating program requirements + Coordinate cross-functional teams including Technical Service Operations, Parts Supply Chain, Accessories, Purchasing, and Training + Manage, track, and report key deliverables tied to vehicle program launches + Conduct Mopar impact assessments and support launch readiness evaluations + Escalate risks and issues proactively to ensure timely resolution + Support integration efforts with global counterparts on vehicle planning and readiness + Prepare and deliver presentations to executive leadership + Assist with benchmarking and continuous improvement initiatives + Utilize tools such as PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI, QlikSense, and Gantt chart tools (e.g., MS Project) **? What’s Needed?** + Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Program Management, Automotive, or related field + 3+ years of experience in engineering, aftersales, or program/project management (5+ preferred) + Strong communication skills (written and verbal) + Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment + Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and data visualization platforms + Fluency in English and Mandarin (Spanish is a strong plus) + Strong organizational, prioritization, and problem-solving skills + Ability to work independently and proactively identify priorities + Experience presenting to various levels of management **?
