About the role:
We're looking for a General Ledger Accountant who takes pride in the accuracy of their work and wants to be part of a collaborative finance team where their contributions truly matter.
This is a great opportunity to deepen your technical expertise, work closely with senior finance leadership, and play a meaningful role in the financial health of a growing organization.
What You'll Do
- Prepare and post journal entries including accruals, prepaids, and reclassifications
- Perform monthly account reconciliations and proactively resolve variances
- Lead or support month-end and quarter-end close processes
- Maintain trial balance accuracy and ensure proper account classifications
- Support the preparation of financial statements and disclosures
- Partner with external auditors and help ensure a smooth audit process
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting; CPA or actively pursuing CPA preferred
- 3–6 years of GL or public accounting experience
- Strong working knowledge of U.S. GAAP
- Experience with ERP systems and close management tools
- Advanced Excel skills
Nice to have
- Big 4 or public accounting background is a plus
- Experience in a logistics, transportation, warehouse, or service industry is a plus
- Bilingual English/Mandarin a plus
