Sales Development Representative UnitPulse is building the AI layer for renting. Renters find their next home by conversation instead of scrolling listings, free for renters, with real-time pricing synced from property systems. Properties get two things from us: qualified renters who only cost anything at lease signing, and Aiden ( goaiden.ai ), our AI marketing team that runs a community’s entire weekly marketing; Google Business, Instagram, TikTok, ads, and AI-search visibility, for $199/month. We’re live in nine markets including LA, Seattle and Chicago, and we’re going to market now. You’ll work directly with the founders. What You'll Do Own the supply side: build prospect lists of property-management companies and owner-operators, run outbound (email, LinkedIn, calls, industry events), and get properties onto UnitPulse.
