Job Description As a Bilingual Assistant Liaison/Property Manager, your primary goal will be learning about the day-to-day operations and management of a Liaison for our co-op member properties. You are required to gain an understanding of how to develop and maintain professional relationships with members on and off-site. As well as learning how to coordinate Leasing, Maintenance, Finance, and Facilities operations of multiple co-op properties, some of which have residents who speak exclusively Mandarin, to create and maintain overall successful and fluid processes. As a Bilingual Assistant Liaison/Property Manager, you will work with and support our volunteer members. You will help ensure a rewarding experience by helping to educate them on HUD, Fair Housing laws, and CSI procedures.
