Procurement & Product Development Manager The Role This role sits across Lyra Collective's full portfolio of personal care brands — giving you broad exposure to sourcing, formulation, and product development at scale. As Procurement & Product Development Manager , you'll lead sourcing and procurement for our personal care brands, with a focus on cosmetic product testing and formulation. You will manage end-to-end supplier relationships, from cost negotiation and compliance to new product development. You'll work closely with brand management, creative, supply chain, and inventory teams, as well as directly with our manufacturing partners. This role reports to the VP of Consumer Product Development & Sourcing.
