Lin Zhao Insurance Agency, a top-performing Farmers Insurance agency in Fremont, is seeking a full-time Bilingual Mandarin Customer Service Representative to support our growing client base.
In this customer-facing role, you will be the first point of contact for clients and prospects. You will provide professional service, process policy changes, answer coverage questions, maintain accurate client records, follow up on leads, and help identify clients insurance needs. This position combines customer service, relationship building, and sales support.
Required Qualifications:
- Fluent in English and Mandarin, spoken and written, to effectively serve our diverse client community
- Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills
- Positive, self-motivated, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced office
- High school diploma or equivalent
