**Role Overview** Provide Level 2 technical support and operational management for Google Cloud Platform (GCP) environments, serving Mandarin-speaking customers and stakeholders across the Asia Pacific region.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Manage and support GCP services, including:
+ Compute Engine
+ Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE)
+ Cloud Storage
+ Cloud SQL
+ VPC Networking
+ IAM & Security Services
+ Troubleshoot production incidents and service disruptions.
+ Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective actions.
