The Client Care Coordinator plays a key role in daily operations, caregiver scheduling, client support, and intake coordination. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities * Coordinate and schedule caregivers for clients * Handle initial client intake calls and gather care needs * Communicate with clients, families, and caregivers * Assist with caregiver hiring, onboarding, and coordination * Manage schedule changes, call-outs, and coverage needs * Maintain accurate client and caregiver records * Support day-to-day operations and care coordination * Provide compassionate, professional customer service Qualifications * Fluent in English/Mandarin(Chinese) * Experience in home care, healthcare, caregiving, or scheduling preferred * Strong phone and communication skills * Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented * Comfortable handling sensitive client information * Able to multitask...
