This position involves working in a team environment to directly service the firm's most valuable, sophisticated retail active trader clients in a fast-paced, market-sensitive environment via electronic communication, including email, chat, and social media. The role requires the ability to multitask and think critically to solve problems expeditiously, while building deeper relationships to better understand client needs.
In addition to supporting active trader clients, this role may assist **International Client Services** clients by providing exceptional service to globally based investors, addressing cross-border account inquiries, navigating international trading considerations, and delivering education on Schwab's products, services, and trading platforms.
