Care Village at Parkway is looking for an experienced, motivated and creative Guest Services Manager for our West Roxbury, MA location. This position has accountability for the overall customer satisfaction within the assigned skilled nursing facility center. The position is responsible for navigating new customers and their families and loved ones from admission through discharge, ensuring the highest quality of service and patient experience. The incumbent will be responsible for ensuring ongoing staff CARE training to ensure all Facility staff are confident in providing exceptional, compassionate care and customer service.
