*Job Summary* The Optometrist (OD) provides comprehensive primary eye care services to patients of Tzu Chi Medical Foundation (TCMF) in accordance with the highest standards of clinical practice. This position delivers patient-centered, evidence-based optometric care in both clinic and community settings while demonstrating accountability, professionalism, and compassion consistent with the Foundation's mission and values. The Optometrist works collaboratively with physicians, clinical leadership, and interdisciplinary care teams to support quality patient outcomes, patient safety, regulatory compliance, and organizational performance goals.
