*Position Overview:* We are seeking a bilingual (English and Mandarin Chinese) Human Resources and Administration Manager to serve as the foundational HR leader for our new plant. This individual will be responsible for building the HR and Admin functions from the ground up, ensuring operational excellence, and acting as a crucial cultural and operational bridge between the US plant and our China headquarters.
