An opportunity has become available for a Mandarin speaking KYC Verification Officer to join our Verifications Team in Cape Town. This role will report to the KYC Verifications Team Lead and will predominantly support our Chinese corridor and clients. Internal Liaison takes place with the Agents and the Contact Centre. External liaison takes place with external customers.
