**Job Responsibilities**
+ Quality Issue Resolution: Assists in addressing customer-related quality issues by gathering information and working with senior team members to provide timely responses.
+ Customer Communication: Provides customer contact support for basic quality matters, following established protocols and escalating complex issues appropriately.
+ Process Participation: Participates in customer quality activities including data collection for audits and evaluations under supervision. Quick response to customer's issue and visit customers regularly to develop good relationship.
