Job Description Insight Global is looking for an Entry-Level Equipment Engineer (Mandarin Bilingual) to join a growing manufacturing engineering team within a large-scale advanced manufacturing environment. This individual will support the installation, operation, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of automated production equipment. Working closely with senior engineers, maintenance teams, and manufacturing personnel, this engineer will assist with equipment performance analysis, issue resolution, preventive maintenance initiatives, process optimization projects, and equipment documentation.
